Ingredients

- 60 ml (2 oz) Paria Smoked Pepper Tequila
- 30 ml (1 oz) fresh lime juice
- 15 ml (½ oz) agave syrup
- Chilli salt for the rim
- 1-2 slices of Jalapeno to garnish

Method

- Rim a rocks glass with lime and roll in chilli salt.


- Add jalapeño slices to a shaker and gently muddle.


- Pour in Paria Smoked Pepper Tequila, fresh lime juice and agave syrup.


- Fill with ice and shake hard until well chilled.


- Strain over fresh ice in the prepared glass.


- Garnish with jalapeño slices or a lime wedge.
